1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or in any way using the 2jj platform (accessible at 2jj.lat and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions), you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions without first disclosing this status to 2jj.

Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3 Account Responsibilities

Your 2jj account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 2jj immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 2jj will investigate all reported unauthorised access incidents. During the investigation period, the account may be temporarily suspended to protect the account holder.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted from your 2jj account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
• You must keep your contact information — particularly your registered Pakistani mobile number and email address — current and accurate. 2jj sends critical account notifications, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts to these details.
• You must not allow any third party to use your account or deposit into it on your behalf.
• Account balances cannot be transferred between 2jj accounts or assigned to any third party.
• Accounts showing no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as specified in the relevant fee schedule, until the account balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2jj are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 200. 6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on 2jj are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. Where a conflict exists between a specific game rule and these general Terms, the specific game rule prevails for that particular game. In all other matters, these Terms prevail.

• Bets are not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference from 2jj. Network interruptions between placing a bet and receiving confirmation mean the bet has not been placed — your funds will be returned to your wallet.
• 2jj reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets where an obvious pricing or odds error has occurred, or where a technical fault affected the integrity of the market.
• In-play bets on cricket, PSL matches, or other live sports are accepted subject to 2jj's in-play delay policy. 2jj may suspend in-play markets at its discretion.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on betting pattern analysis.
• For live casino, all bets placed before the "No More Bets" call are valid. Bets registered after "No More Bets" are void and returned to the player's wallet.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 2jj and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Depositing funds obtained from illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise offensive behaviour toward 2jj staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Providing false identity documentation or deliberately misrepresenting your identity during KYC verification.

8 Identity Verification (KYC)

2jj is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above a defined threshold, and at any point where there is reasonable cause to verify account information. 10 Responsible Gaming

2jj is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. Gambling should be an entertainment activity conducted within means that the player is comfortable losing. 2jj provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible from all account settings panels.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a minimum 24-hour waiting period.

• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Provision of materially false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from your payment provider.
• Detection of multiple accounts registered to the same individual.
• Request by a law enforcement or regulatory authority.
• Responsible gaming — including where a player self-excludes or where 2jj's responsible gaming team determines that closing or restricting an account is in the player's best interest.

Where an account is closed by 2jj due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is for an administrative or responsible gaming reason, any verified PKR balance will be returned to the player's nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding review.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jj's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the deposits made to the player's account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

2jj is not liable for any loss or damage caused by: temporary platform unavailability; network failure; your device's failure to display game content correctly; delays in third-party payment processing systems; or any force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government action.

Nothing in these Terms limits 2jj's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your 2jj account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other matter, we encourage you to contact the 2jj support team in the first instance. Support is available 24/7 via the email address listed in the footer of this website. Please include your account username, the date and time of the issue, and a clear description of your complaint.

2jj aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve the majority within five business days. Complex complaints — particularly those involving disputed game outcomes or large withdrawals — may require additional time and may be referred to 2jj's compliance team or the independent dispute resolution body designated under 2jj's gaming licence.

• Where a game outcome is disputed, 2jj's server records are the definitive reference. Client-side records (screenshots, video captures) are considered but may not override server-side data.
